Process flow diagrams for Salesforce, beside the screens they lead to
The Flows workspace is a draw.io-style canvas for the process around the screens: who does what, in what order, and where it branches. It has swimlanes that run either way, pools and containers, more than fifty shapes, Salesforce shapes and icons, and ten Salesforce process templates to start from — and a step can open the prototype page it leads to.
Start from a Salesforce process
Ten templates open as finished diagrams on lanes; change what is different about yours.
- Lead to opportunity, opportunity to close, and renewal and churn prevention
- Quote to cash
- Case escalation, customer onboarding, field service appointment, and return and refund
- Partner deal registration
- Campaign to lead
Draw the way a business analyst draws
- Swimlanes across or down, pools that hold lanes, and titled containers for phases or systems
- Steps, decisions, sub-processes, documents and data stores; Salesforce steps for records, screen flows, approvals, email alerts, automation and integrations
- Connectors with elbow, straight or curved routes, bend points, arrowheads at either end, and Yes / No labels anywhere along the line
- Align, distribute, group, lock, and style every shape: fill, border, text
- Salesforce products and every standard object as icons, and your own SVG shapes kept with the flow
From the process to the screen
Select a step and choose one of the project's prototype pages. Press Interact and click the step: the page opens in front of the diagram, live, so a stakeholder goes from "the rep qualifies the lead" straight to the screen the rep would see. A shared link to the flow opens the pages the same way.
Bring what you already have
- Import a draw.io / diagrams.net file: swimlanes become lanes, pools and containers; shapes, colours, labels and connectors come across
- Describe the process in plain words and let the AI draft it on lanes — it uses one AI build, and asks first
- Undo brings the previous drawing back after an import or a draft
Export and share
- PNG and SVG for slides and documents; a one-page PDF (A4 landscape) for printing or attaching; JSON for the flow itself
- A share link that opens the flow read-only — to anyone with the link, signed-in users, or people you name by email — with an expiry you choose
