Plain English: SFProto makes prototypes, not working Salesforce software. Your work stays yours. Use it lawfully, don't pass prototypes off as a real Salesforce system, and expect things to change while we're in testing.
SFProto is operated by Cloud Mavericks Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia and based in Melbourne, Victoria ("we", "us"). SFProto is the website at sfproto.com and the prototyping studio behind it.
These terms are the agreement between you and us. By signing in or using SFProto you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that organisation.
You must be at least 18 years old. SFProto is a tool for professionals and is not designed or marketed for children.
While SFProto is invite-only, you may use it only if we have invited your email address. We may withdraw an invitation at any time during this period.
SFProto produces design mock-ups that imitate the look and behaviour of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Experience Cloud. They are drawings, not software running in a Salesforce org.
SFProto is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce, Lightning and the Salesforce Lightning Design System are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.
SFProto never connects to a Salesforce org, and nothing you build here can read from or write to one.
Everything you put into SFProto — your requests, prototypes, conversations, uploaded wireframes and exports — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You give us permission to store and process your content so we can run the service for you: saving it to your account, sending it to our AI provider to build what you asked for, and showing it to the people you share it with.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for what you choose to share.
To build or change a page, SFProto sends your request, the page you are working on and any wireframes you attach to Google’s Gemini API, on a paid tier where Google does not use the request to improve its products.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Check anything you rely on, and never treat a prototype as a specification of how Salesforce behaves.
Do not put credentials, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data into prompts or prototypes. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
While SFProto is invite-only, access is free and nobody is charged. Prices on the site apply when sign-ups open, and we will tell you before any charge applies to your account.
Paid plans will be billed in advance through our payment provider. Usage limits, including the number of AI builds and changes each month, are published on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
We may change prices and limits. If a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will give you notice before it takes effect, and you may cancel.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
During the invite-only period SFProto is provided as it is, without a service level commitment. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may reset test data with notice where we reasonably can.
Keep your own copy of anything important. You can download everything in your account at any time from the Account page.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It is part of these terms. It covers impersonation and phishing, other people’s personal data, security testing, automated use, and what to do if you find something wrong.
You may stop at any time and delete your account from the Account page. Deleting removes your projects, pages, conversations, uploads and share links, and the links you have shared stop working.
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering SFProto. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice and time to export your work.
We take care with your work, but SFProto is a prototyping tool and not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of SFProto.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD 100.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters to you — how we charge, what we may do with your content, or your rights — we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state. If you use SFProto somewhere else, local consumer protections that apply to you are unaffected.
