Your client work and our consulting work never meet

A consultancy building a tool for other consultants owes them a straight answer to one question: will you see my client’s work? No. Here is what keeps it that way.

• Every project is private to the account that made it. Row-level security in the database means a signed-in person can read only their own rows; there is no "all customers" view anywhere in the product.
• Cloud Mavericks’ consulting staff have no access to SFProto: not the database, not the file storage, not the admin console. SFProto runs on its own accounts and infrastructure.
• Two people administer SFProto. The admin console shows them who has access, sign-in activity, AI usage counts and the feedback you send. It does not show prototypes, conversations or uploads.
• Those two people can reach the database directly, and do so only to help you when you ask, to investigate an abuse report or a security incident, or when the law requires. The confidentiality clause in the Terms of Service binds them, and it says customer work is never used for consulting.
• Nothing you build is used to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train on your requests either.
