What the prototype does when someone clicks

The parts of a page that behave like Salesforce in Interact mode and in shared links.

   Lookup hover cards

   Rest the pointer on any lookup value, in the Details tab or the highlights panel, and a card opens with the related record's compact layout. In the SLDS 2 look it also shows the record's first related lists, as Lightning does; in SLDS 1 it shows the compact layout alone.

   Activities

   New Task, Log a Call, New Event and Email on the Activity tab open the Salesforce forms. Saving adds the activity to the timeline and shows a toast, so a reviewer can try the flow a rep would follow.

   Chatter posts, polls and questions

   The publisher on the Chatter tab shares a post, asks a question with details, or runs a poll with two to ten choices that readers can vote on.

   Checkboxes

   A checkbox field draws the way Lightning draws it: a dashed empty box or a solid box with a check in view mode, and the live control only while the field is being edited.

   Quick actions and screen flows

   A quick action can open a screen flow with choice cards, inputs, record search, file attachments and an outcome (a toast, changed fields or a new Path stage). Choice cards line up in a row however many there are.
