Designing a portal

Several Experience Cloud pages, one brand, and links between them a client can click through.

   Start from a template or blank

   In a project, choose the Portal design tab, then Customer Help Centre, Partner Central, Account & Billing or a blank portal. A template becomes your home page and its first navigation items become pages of their own.

   Set the brand once

   Branding holds the site name and logo, colours, header style, fonts, a hero image, spacing and the footer. Every page follows the moment you change something.

   Build each page

   Page tabs above the canvas switch pages; Pages adds, reorders and deletes them. Drag Experience Cloud components in from Components and change them in Properties, like any prototype.

   Link the pages and click through

   Navigation items (Branding), hero buttons, tiles, topics, footer links and the profile menu can each open a page. Press Interact and click: the canvas moves between pages as the real site would. Share sends the whole portal; add ?page= to open a particular one.
