   It is free, and nobody is charged

   SFProto is invite-only while we test it with a small group. The prices on the website apply when sign-ups open, and we will say so clearly before anything is charged.

   Things will change

   Features move, improve and occasionally break. There is no service level commitment yet. Your work is saved to your account, and you can download all of it at any time from the Account page.

   Keep real customer data out

   Prototypes are design mock-ups, so use made-up sample data. Never put credentials, payment details or real personal information into a prompt or a page. The Acceptable Use Policy covers this.

   Tell us what is wrong

   The Feedback button is the fastest way to reach us, and every note is read. Say what you were doing and what you expected — that is worth more than a polished suggestion.
